摘  要:随着我国高等教育的扩招,本科毕业的大学生就业率不断降低。迫于压力的毕业生进而试图获取更高的学历,严峻的就业形势逐渐蔓延到硕士研究生甚至博士研究生,从而造成严重的知识失业和过度教育。本文通过设计理论假设和理论模型,分析在高校扩招的不同发展背景下用人单位和毕业生不同的就业预期与受教育水平之间的相关关系,从而证明过度教育存在的必然性,并大胆估计未来中国教育事业中过度教育的发展趋势,证明过度教育在一定程度上是教育深化的过渡现象。Following with the higher education expansion, an increasing number of graduates are forced to either the unsatisfied job or further education background. Therefore, the severe employment situation expands gradually to the master or doctor-degree students, leading to a more critical reality-educated unemployment and the over-education. The attention of the paper is paid to analysis the changing relationship between the employment expectation from graduates and employers and the education level at distinct phases by means of modeling and graphing, which demonstrate the inevitability of the over-education. And then, the future trend of over-education is predicted boldly to emphasize that the over-ed- ucation, to some extend, is actually a transitional form of the educational deepening.
