摘　　要：专业教师到企业挂职锻炼,是提高职业院校教师教学能力、积累实际工作经验、丰富专业教学资源的重要手段,是培养职业院校教师的有效途径。通过对职业院校专业教师到企业挂职锻炼的紧迫性和重要性的阐述和分析,以职业院校教师成长过程为视角,明确专业教师到企业挂职锻炼的目标和任务。Professional teachers＇ secondment for getting experience from enterprises is the important method for teachers in vocational colleges to increase their teaching ability, accumulate actual working experience, and enrich professional teaching resources. It is also the effective approach to cultivate teachers in vocational colleges, Through the explanation and analysis on the urgency and importance of professional teachers＇ secondment for getting experience from enterprises, this paper defines their goal and task with their growth as an angle of view.
