高职专业设置与地方经济发展需求的匹配性研究——以郑州市为例

摘　　要：高职专业设置应当与地方经济发展需求相匹配。郑州市高职高专院校现有专业体系健全,但是在专业设置方面存在重复性和稀缺性并存的局面,不能充分满足郑州市经济发展的需要。结合郑州市地方经济的特点,区域高职院校应当加强农林牧渔类专业建设,促进农业产业化;加快构造技能性强的专业体系,促进工业和服务业规模化;建立经济需求导向的专业信息服务,规避重复设置专业。The specialty setting of higher vocational schools should match with the demand of local economy development. The current professional system of Zhengzhou is sound, but the reproducible and scarcity attribute coexist in its specialty setting,which result that the system can not fully meet the needs of economic development. Combining with the character- istics of local economy, regional higher vocational schools should strengthen agricultural specialty construction and stimu- late agriculture industrialization; accelerate the construction of powerful skills professional system and promote scale expansion of the industry and the service industry; establish economic demand-oriented professional information service and avoid high repetition rate of specialty setting.
