摘  要:目的了解广州市青少年缺乏体育运动和静坐少动行为现况,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用"中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷",对分层整群随机抽取的广州市66所大、中学校11 939名学生进行问卷调查。结果过去7 d里每天运动时间超过60 min的天数<3 d和参加中等强度体育锻炼<3 d的学生比例为分别为48.61%和62.14%,女生均高于男生。随着学段的增长,学生缺乏体育运动的比例逐渐上升。每天看电视超过2 h的学生比例为45.13%,初中生最高;随着母亲文化程度的上升,学生看电视的比例呈下降趋势。每天玩电子游戏超过2 h的学生比例为45.13%,职中生最高。课外学习时间≥4 h的学生占15.23%,女生高于男生,城市高于农村,高中生的比例最高。结论青少年缺乏体育运动以及静坐少动行为较为常见,运动锻炼不足。要科学引导,提高学生运动锻炼水平。Objective To study the condition of physical exercise related behaviors among Guangzhou adolescents,and to provide scientific evidence for intervention.Methods A "Questionnaire of Health Related Behaviors among Adolescents in China" was used among 11 939 students in 66 schools in Guangzhou.Results In the past 7 days,the rate of students whose sports days were less than 3 days was 48.61%,and the rate of students who participated in moderate-intensity exercise less than three days was 62.14%,the rates for girls were higher than those for boys,and they gradually increased with grade.The rate of students watched TV more than 2 hours every day was 45.13%,which was the highest in middle school than other schools,and was gradually decreased with the education level of their mother.The rate of students playing video or computer games more than 2 hours every day was 45.13%,which was the highest in vocational school than other schools.The rate of students doing homework more than 4 hours every day was 15.23%,which was higher in girls than in boys,higher in urban than in rural,highest in high school.Conclusion Among adolescents,incidence of physical activity-absent behaviors is prevailing,and exercise is not enough.It is necessary to adopt scientific measures to improve their exercise level.
