摘　　要：米糠是一种比较廉价且营养丰富的稻米加工副产品。综述了米糠深加工产品的开发途径和综合利用,以及目前国内外关于米糠食品开发的研究进展,并概述了我国米糠的开发利用情况和发展趋势。Rice bran is an inexpensive and high nutritional value coproduct of rough rice milling. Exploitation and comprehensive utilization of rice bran deep processing products and the development related to rice bran foods in and out of our country are discussed in detail, and the present conditions and development trends for utilization of rice bran in China were expounded.
