摘 要:[目的]对高良姜的挥发性成分进行分析。[方法]采用同时蒸馏萃取GC-MS联用技术对高良姜的挥发性成分进行分析研究。[结果]从高良姜中分离鉴定了72个挥发性成分,主要成分为1,8-桉油精、α-萜品烯基乙酸酯、香榧醇、异长叶烯和喇叭烯等,相对含量分别为38.54%、6.55%、7.74%、3.64%和3.93%。[结论]同时蒸馏萃取法提供的高良姜挥发物信息比水蒸气蒸馏法、顶空加热法提供的信息更丰富,结合这3种方法可以建立更完善的高良姜挥发性成分GC-MS表征体系。[ Objective] To analyze volatile compounds of Alpinia officinarum Hance. [ Method ] Simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE)-GC-MS technology was set up to analyze the volatile compounds of A. officinarum. [ Result] A total of 72 volatile compounds were iso- lated and identified from A. officinarum, the main ones were 1, 8-cineole (38.54%), α-terpinenyl acetate (6.55%), torreyol (7.74%) , isolongifolene (3.64%), ledene ( 3.93% ) etc. [ Conclusion] The information about volatile compounds of A. officinarum obtained by SDE is different from those obtained by steam distillation or headspace analysis, and more plentiful than them. We can get a better representation sys- tem for the volatile compounds of A. officinarum when combine these methods together.
