摘 要:工作团队被引入高等学校的目的是追求绩效的最大化,即:集中优势力量寻找学术突破口,为学科建设、专业建设服务;培养优秀创新型人才、发现学科带头人;力争在学术前沿形成一批标志性成果。为达到这些目标,必须注意团队的建设。与其它管理学范畴的研究对象一样,团队有着自身的规律,文章试图通过对团队发展历程的回顾、实践中存在的问题、高效团队模式及对团队外部环境及内部要素的分析,促进高等学校的高效团队建设。Work team is introduced in higher education, aiming to maximize performance. This point can be demonstrated as follows : first, we are supposed to focus on superior forces to seek academic breakthroughs in the service of academic and professional construction; second, great efforts should be made to cultivate innovative talents and catch sight of academic leaders; finally, we should strive for a multitude of symbolic achievements in the forefront of academics. To obtain this goal, we must attach importance to team construction. Team, just like other research objects in the management, has its own laws. This paper attempts to promote effective team construction in the colleges and universities through reviewing the development history of team and analyzing practical problems and efficient team pattern as well as the external environment and internal elements in a team.
