摘　　要：社会各界已经普遍认识到校企合作是未来职业教育的发展方向,而且已有文献也反映出目前校企合作实践中存在不少问题。利用910份企业问卷调查数据分析已经开展校企合作企业的特征,然后利用有序logit模型进行计量分析,并对影响企业开展校企合作的因素进行研究发现,在大职业教育系统理论视野下,为进一步推进职业教育校企合作,需要改革职业教育校企合作制度、尊重技能型人力资本形成规律、完善企业参与职业教育制度。The society from all walks of life has been widely recognized the school-enterprise cooperation is the development trend of vocational education, but the literature reflects that the school-enterprise cooperation practice faced with many problems. The study analyzed the characteristics of enterprises that carry out school-enterprise cooperation by 910 questionnaire, then deployed quantitative analysis by ordered logit model. According to the results, in order to boost school-enterprise cooperation, the specific policy measures should be taken： reform school-enterprise cooperation system, respect the principle of skilled talents cultivation and optimize the system of enterprise participating in vocational education.
