摘 要:目的了解护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力培养与考核中存在的问题。方法采用床旁整体护理查房、操作考核、病历与轮转记录检查、带教教师访谈等方式进行考核。结果护理硕士专业学位研究生的职业思想评价良好,病历书写和整体护理能力较为薄弱。结论护理硕士专业学位研究生的临床能力培养有待加强,应充分调动导师和带教教师的积极性,建立和完善临床能力考核机制和考核结果处置管理制度。Objective To explore problems in cultivation and assessment of clinical competence of professional-degree nursing postgraduates(PNP). Methods Holistic nursing ward round,operational examination,nursing records and rotation records checking,and clinical instructors interview were adopted. Results Career thoughts of PNP are favorable,while skills and capability on nursing records and holistic nursing seemed relatively weak. Conclusion Cultivation of clinical competence of PNP need to be strengthened; incentive mechanism should be made to inspire the enthusiasm of tutors and clinical instructors in cultivation of the PNP; assessment system of clinical competence for PNP should be developed and improved constantly, and so does the assessment-results-disposal system.
