摘　　要：高职教育的人才培养目标需要基于"能力本位"的高职课程整体教学设计。其中课程目标设计、内容设计、能力训练项目设计、第一堂课设计梗概及考核方案设计是高职外语课程整体教学设计的重点和难点,集中体现着高职外语课程改革的方向和要求。The talent-cultivation aim of higher vocational education is based on the general course design of the high vocational education,i.e, the ability-based course design model, among which the following aspects are the key points as well as the diffieuhies： the designs of course objectives, contents, ability-training projects, first-class scheme and evaluation plan. These aspects show and convey the requirements of the reform and development of foreign language courses in higher vocational education.
