摘　　要：当前,大力推进教师职业能力评估体系建设已成为我国高职院校所面临的一项重要任务。结合教师专业发展水平评估理论,对评估原则与方法进行研究,以期为推进相关工作提供参考。At the present stage, higher vocational college must strengthen the building of the evaluation of the teachers＇ professional capacity. Combined with the theory of evaluation of the professional development of teachers, the article attempts to do some study on the principle and method of the building of evaluation system.
