摘　　要：现代社会需要具有较强外语交流能力的复合型人才,开展双语教学是解决的途径之一。采用问卷调查方式,分析了食品包装学双语课程建设中存在的困难,探索了该课程开展双语教学的思路、方法和解决方案,旨在为双语教学的改革提供理论依据。Modem society needs the inter-disciplinary talent with strong ability in foreign language communication, which can be achieved with the popularization of bilingual teaching. In this paper, the difficulties in developing bi- lingual teaching were analyzed by using the questionnaire survey, the meaningful thoughts and improvement meth- ods about bilingual teaching were discussed in order to give some advice on bilingual teaching innovation.
