摘　　要：从理论层面分析了体育教学细节的概念、本质、特征和类型,探究了运用与调控体育教学细节促进其成为体育教学资源的生成策略。指出应强化体育教学细节在体育教学中的重要性,促进体育教师的教学艺术与智慧的统一,提升体育课堂教学的质量和效率,切实增强学生体质,促进学校体育工作的良性发展。This paper analyzes concept, essence, nature and types of physical education from theoretical perspective. Physical education resource generation strategies can be formed through application and control of details of physical education, which should be further emphasized in physical education. In this way, it is hoped that the teachers can better combine the art of teaching and knowledge together, the teaching quality can be improved, the students＇ physique can be built and the school sports can develop in a healthy way.
