摘 要:为了用发光细菌评价霉菌毒素毒性,从深海鱼中分离、纯化到1株发光细菌SRU-2,以形态学特征、培养特性、生理生化特征以及分子生物学等方法对其进行分类鉴定,并利用该菌对黄曲霉毒素B1、赭曲霉毒素A、玉米赤霉烯酮、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的毒性进行评价。结果表明:该菌为革兰氏阴性菌,最适生长温度为15℃,16S rRNA基因序列分析表明该菌与Ribosomal Database Project数据库中明亮发光杆菌Photobacterium phosphoreum AK6的同源性水平达100%,结合菌株的形态学和生化特性,鉴定其为明亮发光杆菌。随着霉菌毒素浓度的增加,该菌相对发光强度并非线性降低,而且发光强度并非都受到抑制。In order to estimate toxin of mycotoxin by luminous bacterium, a luminous bacterial strain SRU-2 isolat- ed from deep-sea fish was classified systematically using routine methods. It was identified and characterized by morpho- logical features, cultural, physiological and biochemical characteristics, and molecular biological methods etc, estimated AFB1, OTA, ZEN and Don toxin, at the same time. The results indicated that the strain belongs to Gram negative bac- teria, the optimal growth temperature is 15 ℃, 16S rDNA nucleotide sequence revealed 100% homology with Photobac- terium phosphoreum AK6. Based on the morphology, physiological and biochemical characters, strain SRU-2 was identi- fied as Photobocterium phosphoreum. The relatively fluorescence intensity to mycotoxin toxin were non-linear to toxin concentration, and luminescence intensity were incomplete inhibited.
