摘　　要：空中乘务专业建设的好坏,直接影响着学生素质,专业品牌乃至学校品牌,目前,高校空中乘务专业建设在师资队伍,课程,实训条件上存在着缺乏重点,盲目追求从业常识和技能教育而不得的问题,空中乘务学历教育专业建设缺乏的是的侧重点和核心,这个核心就是语言沟通能力。The professional construction may directly affect the quality of the students of in-flight service major or specialty brand and even school.At present such problems exist in the professional construction that there is no focus in faculty,curriculum and training conditions,in blind pursuit of the knowledge unfit for employment and skills.What the academic construction of in-flight service major lacks is the core skill and the focus,that is,the language communication skills.
