摘 要:目的:探讨高效液相色谱法同时测定黄酒中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠的方法。方法:样品经沉淀、调节pH值、超声提取、离心、过滤后,进液相色谱仪检测。结果:方法检出限均小于0.005 g/kg,相对标准偏差在1.5%~4.4%之间,加标回收率在90%~100%。结论:方法灵敏、准确、重复性好且操作简便。Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of acesulfame potassium,benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium salt in yellow wine.Methods:The yellow wine sample was precipitated to remove ethanol,then pH value of the sample solution was adjusted for ultrasonic extraction,centrifugation and filtration,and finally the supernatant was detected by HPLC.Results:The detection limits were less than 0.005 g/kg,the relative standard deviation was in the range of 1.5%~4.4%,the recovery rates were 90%~100%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,accurate and repeatable with simple and rapid manipulation.
