摘  要:如何有效的提高小学教师的专业素质,促进小学教师专业发展已经成为当前基础教育和教师教育改革的重中之重,这里打破了基于工具理性的研究思路,把教师视为一个富有生命力的人,充分关注教师本人在专业发展中所起的不可替代的作用,强调教师具备自我专业发展意识是使教师走向专业发展的真正出路,可以为小学教师实现真正意义上的专业发展提供一些借鉴和依据。How to improve the efficiency of primary school teachers' professional quahty and to promote their professional development have become the most important thing of basic education and teachers' education reform. By breaking the research thinking about rational tool, this paper regards the teacher as a virtual life and pays enough attention to the irreplaceable role of teacher himself in professional development. This paper also stresses that self-professional development consciousness is the real way of teachers' professional development and hopes to provide some reference and basis for realizing the real professional development of primary school teachers.
