摘 要:由于我国地域广阔,南北方温差较大,研究无砟轨道用弹性垫层刚度随温度变化的规律,可为提高我国高速铁路无砟轨道列车的乘坐舒适性提供一定的科学依据。本文以我国高速铁路无砟轨道采用较多的WJ-7型扣件、WJ-8型扣件弹性垫层刚度作为研究对象,通过室内试验较为系统地研究了环境温度在-40℃~+50℃变化时,弹性垫层静刚度和动刚度的变化规律。试验结果表明,两种类型扣件的弹性垫层刚度均随环境温度的升高而减小,环境温度在-20℃~+50℃之间变化对弹性垫层刚度的影响较小,而环境温度在-40℃~-20℃范围内变化对弹性垫层刚度的影响较为显著。Due to the vast territory in China and the large temperature difference between north and south operational environment, studying the variation of ballastless track elastic cushion stiffness with temperature changing can provide a scientific basis for improving the comfort of our high-speed railway ballastless track train. Taking the elastic cushion stiffness of W J-7 fastener and W J-8 fastener of high- speed railway ballastless track as the object,this paper studied the variation of the elastic cushion static stiffness and dynamic stiffness when ambient temperature changes from -40 ℃ to + 50 ℃ by laboratory test. The test results showed that the elastic cushion stiffness of two type fasteners decreases with ambient temperature increasing, the influence of temperature temperature changes from - 20 ℃ - + 50 ℃ , while in the range of -40 ℃ ~ -20 ℃. on elastic cushion stiffness is smaller when ambient the influence is larger when ambient temperature is
