摘　　要：教育激励是教育管理的重要方法之一,但在实践中却出现了教育激励扭曲的现象,主要表现为教育激励观、教育激励功能观、学生观的扭曲以及"失度"地使用教育激励等。合理使用教育激励,教师要树立公正的教育激励观,关注"待优生",选择符合学生特点的教育激励方式,同时教育激励行为要适度。The education incentive is an important means of the educational management. But in practice, the distortions often appear during the educators＇ incentive education, such as, the distortion of the education incentive view, its functional view, student＇s view and the use of the education incentive. In order to use the education incentive reasonably, the teachers must set up the just education incentive view, pay close attention to the backward pupils, choose the suitable incentive ways and the appropriate education incentive.
