摘 要:目的为及时掌握深圳市居民食盐碘含量,动态评价人群碘营养状况,采取针对性防治措施和干预策略提供依据。方法按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案(试行)》中的碘盐监测方法进行,共分层随机抽取居民户食盐1 692份。食盐碘含量按GB/T 13025.7-1999中直接滴定法定量测定,判定标准执行GB 5461-2000标准。结果碘盐覆盖率为95.0%,碘盐合格率为97.4%,合格碘盐食用率92.9%,无碘食盐率为5.0%。结论深圳市居民碘盐上述指标均达到我国碘缺乏病消除标准GB 16006-2008和《实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核评估方案》的要求。[Objective]To understand the iodine concentration in household salt of Shenzhen city,evaluate the iodine nutritional status of population,and provide the basis for implementation of prevention and control measures.[Methods]According to the monitoring method of the National iodine deficiency disorders control programme(trial implementation),1 692 household salt samples were collected by stratified random sampling.The iodine concentration was detected by the direct titration(GB/T 13025.7-1999),and the monitoring results were evaluated on the basis of GB5461-2000.[Results]The coverage rate of iodine salt was 95.0%,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 97.4%,the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 92.9%,and the rate of non-iodized salt was 5.0%.[Conclusion]All the items of household salt have reached the requirements of the Criteria for elimination of iodine deficiency disorders(GB 16006-2008) and the County-level evaluation scheme of realization of elimination of iodine deficiency.
