培养基原料对酵母转化硒的影响研究

摘　　要：实验研究了在添加外源硒及碳、氮源浓度相同的培养条件下,分别以甘蔗糖蜜、麸皮、豆粕、马铃薯、红薯、玉米粉、米糠的水解液为培养基时对硒酵母转化硒的影响。研究结果显示:制备培养基的原料种类对所用酵母富集转化硒效率有一定影响。Under the same culture conditions of the exogenous selenium and carbon,nitrogen concentrationhis,the paper studies impact of Selenium-yeast transformation of selenium with the sugar cane molasses,wheat bran,soybean,potato,sweet potato,corn flour and rice bran hydrolyzate.The results show that the type of material in preparation of the medium have a certain influence on Yeast enriched conversion of selenium efficiency
