摘　　要：培养经济社会发展适用人才,是当前高校应用型人才培养的根本任务。大众化背景下高校必须树立能力培养的教学理念,在知识教育环节以外,高度重视通过第二课堂加强对学生综合素质的拓展和实践创新能力的培养。绍兴文理学院在近年来的应用型人才培养中不断创新第二课堂建设,促进实践教学改革,并在内容与形式、时间与空间、环境与保障上与课堂教学实现了紧密对接,取得了较好成效,并形成了工作机制。该文就此展开讨论,希冀提升对第二课堂重要作用的认识,构建完善的工作体系,以更好地培养应用型人才。Training applicable talents suitable for economic and social development is the fundamental task of universities at present.Colleges and universities must establish the training sense of ability,and clear great importance of second class to the overall quality of students and the ability of innovative practice besides the education links in the knowledge.Shaoxing University carries out the second classroom activities actively,accelerating the practical teaching reform.In the process of application-oriented talents training,to implement a close butt in content and form,time and space,environment and security with classroom instruction is necessary,which has achieved a good result and formed a working system.
