浅谈高职院校选修课教学管理的问题及对策

摘　　要：选修课是高职院校课程体系的重要组成部分,也是高职院校人才培养计划的重要组成部分,然而高职院校选修课教学管理中却存在诸多问题。鉴于此,从明确课程定位、完善选课机制、改革考核方法、强化教学监管、扩大师资队伍等方面着手,处理好多种关系,做到通专结合、质量统一、刚柔相济,强化选修课的教学管理,才能激发师生教学的积极性,提高选修课教学的质量。Elective courses is an important part of the curriculum system and of the talent cultivation plan in higher vocational colleges.There are many problems in elective course teaching management process,so this paper points out that we should work out a clear course orientation,perfect course selection mechanism,reform assessment methods,strengthen the teaching supervision and enlarge teaching team and so on.At the same time,we must deal with various relations through the combination with professional education and general education,quality and quantity,standard and flexibility,to strengthen teaching management of elective courses,simulate teachers and students＇ initiative and finally improve the teaching quality of elective courses.
