摘　　要：根据高职院校"以就业为导向"的人才培养目标,为了切实提高高职院校办学质量,要求对高职院校课程进行实践改革。微观经济学是经管类专业的基础课程,以当前高职院校学生学情分析为基础,创新教学模式,注重过程考核,是培养学生良好的职业素养和创新才能的有效路径。According to vocational college＇s talent training target ＂the employment as the guidance＂,in order to improve the teaching quality of vocational colleges,it is imperative for higher vocational colleges to carry out course reform practice.Microeconomics is a basic course of economic management majors.Based on the current vocational college students＇ learning situation,innovating teaching mode,and paying attention to the process assessment is an effective way to cultivate students＇ good professional quality and innovative ability.
