摘　　要：我国的高职成人教育正面临办学定位与目标不够准确、教学质量有待提高、教学改革有待加强、师资队伍不稳定等困境。这些困境一方面是有关教育政策约束限定了高职成人教育发展;另一方面是传统精英教育思想影响了高职成人教育的社会认可度;还有管理体制也制约了成人教育发展。为此,高职院校应正确理解高职功能定位,高举终身教育大旗,深入推进教学改革,建立质量保障体系,从而实现高职成人教育的良性发展。China＇s vocational adult education is facing difficulties, such as fuzzy teaching objectives, superficial teaching re- form, unstable teachers. It has several reasons, one is the constraint of education policy in its development, the other is that tradi- tional elite education ideas have influenced the social acceptance , the last is the restrictive role of the management system. In order to develop adult education, the college should publicize lifelong education, reform teaching, and establish a quality assurance system.
