摘　　要：论文介绍了CDIO工程教育模式,分析了职业技能竞赛与CDIO工程教育模式的关联度,研究了一种基于CDIO模式的教学方案设计,包括以项目为载体的教学环节设计、以产品为载体的实训环节设计和以设计为载体的考核环节设计三个方面。实践证明,职业技能竞赛导向下的CDIO工程教育模式的实施,对职业教育模式的改革有一定的促进作用。This articlo introduceds the CDIO engineering education model, and anglyzes the correlation degree of oecupation skill competition and CI）IO engineering education model, studied a teaching design based on CDIO education mode, including the design of teaching based on project, the design of training based on products and the design of assessment based on product designing. Practice has proved, the CI）IO engineering education model under the guide of occupation skill competition has a certain role in promoting occupation education reform.
