摘  要:为研究败酱草对大鼠脂类代谢的影响,采用SD大鼠(雌雄各半),对动物进行编号并随机分成4组,采用高脂饲料喂养小鼠建立高脂血症模型,喂养4周后,测定总胆固醇(TC)为3.01、总甘油三酯(TG)为1.36、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)为0.32、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)为1.07,结果表明败酱草提取物对高血脂症老鼠的血脂有显著的改善作用,说明败酱草具有抵抗血脂升高的作用,可作为功能性食品加以开发。To study the influence of Herba Patriniae on lipid metabolism of rats, SD rats (male and female in half and half) were used as experimental animals. The experimental model was established with high-fat feed. Blood fi'om eyeball was drawn after fed for 4 weeks. The contents of cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were 3.01, 1.36, 0.32 and 1.07, respectively. Results showed that, compared with the positive control group, the contents of TC, TG LDL-c of the other three groups were much lower and HDL-c was significantly higher. There were remarkable differences among the different dose groups. It was concluded that Herba patn'niae has action of regulating blood lipids. The Herba patriniae can be used as a functional food to be developed.
