摘　　要：综述了纳米TiO2包装材料的抗菌机理、在保鲜包装上的研究应用现状,并就纳米包装材料的安全性进行了概述,同时对纳米TiO2包装材料的研究和应用前景进行了展望。The paper summarized the research progress of the nano-TiO2 fresh-keeping materials. The fresh-keeping mechanism and application of nano-TiO2 were discussed in detail, respectively. The safety of nan- ometer packaging materials was outlined and the prospect of the nano-TiO2 packaging materials was outlooked.
