摘　　要：论文的研究目的是建立军事医学技术预见的科学范式。作者运用系统论的思想方法,论述了军事医学技术预见的基本理论、原则和方法等理论基础;探讨了军事医学的技术发展规律、技术需求和技术来源等实践基础;研究提出了军事医学技术预见的任务、目标、指导思想、原则、程序、方法、重点、关键、难点和对策等实践策略。To establish a scientific paradigm for forisight of military medical technology. By using system theory, the authors discuss the theoretical basis of military medical technology foresight, involving the basic theory, principles and methods, investigate the practical basis of military medical technology foresight, including laws of development, technical requirements and technical sources, and propose the practical strategies of military medical technology foresight, involving the mission, goals, guidelines, principles, procedures, methods, focus, key points, difficulties and tactic countermeasures.
