摘 要:目的探究典型病例教学在普通专科内教学中的应用效果方法选择我院见习的学生,应用两种教学方法,通过学生的卷面得分情况,来探究典型病例教学在普通专科内教学中的应用效果。结果应用典型病例教学的题目得分明显高于常规教学的题目得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论典型病例教学在普通专科内教学中有很高的应用价值。该方法具有能有效提高教学质量、加强学生综合应用能力等优点,在临床教学工作中值得推广应用。Objective Explore typical case teaching in normal college and the teaching application effect . Methods Our students choose apprentice practice, the application of the two kinds of teaching meth-ods, through the question paper scores of students, and to explore typical case teaching in normal college and the teaching application effect. Results Typical case the question of the teaching application scored considera- bly higher than conventional teaching topic score, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Con-clusion Typical case teaching in normal college in the teaching of college has a high application value. The method is effective to improve the teaching quality, strengthening the students' comprehensive application ability and other advantages, the clinical teaching work for popularization.
