基于虚拟企业理论的高职校企合作本质及模式创新

摘　　要：高职校企合作产生的必要条件是双方都能以低于市场的成本从合作中实现彼此的利益,因此其在本质上是一种介于企业科层和市场的中间组织形态,它具有虚拟企业的组织特征、生命周期和契约特征等。从合作想法萌芽到合作模式成熟,一共要经历接口、发展、深入、成熟和整合5个阶段,即高职校企合作的IPDMC模式,在实践过程中,我们要结合校企合作这一中间组织形态在不同阶段的特征,制定相应的合作模式和选择相应的合作重点,并且根据不同阶段的特征属性创新合作模式。The required necessary conditions of the cooperation between higher vocational school and enterprises lay in the lower cost than market to achieve the same benefits, therefore, this kind of cooperation in its nature is a middle organization form between market and hierarchical firm.It contains the characteristics of the virtual firm,namely the organization characteristics,life cycle as well as the contract nature,and from its inception to the conformity stage,five steps would happen,which include interface,development,penetration, mature and conformity,therefore,we call it as IPDMC model.Therefore,in practical,we need to take these characteristics into account when establishing the cooperation relations between schools and enterprises,and make out the related model, choose the suitable emphasis, as well as innovate the cooperation model according to these features.
