摘  要:教师专业伦理是教师专业化发展的重要内容。尚未进入教师职业现场的师范生,其专业伦理的建设通常在入职之后才被关注。教师专业伦理的培养应该贯穿师范生职前培养的全过程。对当前师范生的教师专业伦理建设在培养理念、伦理标准、课程体系、教育和实践等方面存在的主要问题进行剖析,可以发现师范生职前和入职后专业伦理建设一体化的思路以及从"一般思想道德"转向"教师专业伦理"的理念,从而探讨师范生专业伦理建构的主要内容、师范生的教师专业伦理标准、教师教育课程的专业伦理性构建以及教师专业伦理职前职后一体化建设的社会文化支持系统等实践策略。Teacher professional ethics are an important part of the teachers' professional development.However,the construction of the normal students usually hasn't been concerned enough until their entry into the teaching profession.The authors argue that the construction of teacher professional ethics should be carried out throughout the whole process of the pre-service education of the normal students.The main problems in training philosophy,ethics standards,curriculum system,education and practice of teacher professional ethics of the normal students are analyzed;the idea of the integration construction of professional ethics in the normal students' pre-and in-service,as well as the concept of changing from 'the general ideological' to 'the teacher professional ethics' are proposed.On this basis,several issues are explored,such as the strategies covering the major contents of the construction of normal students' professional ethics,the teacher professional ethics standards of the normal students,the professional ethical construction of teacher education curricula,and the socio-cultural support systems of the integration building of teacher professional ethics.
