摘 要:目的探讨膳食营养因素与非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)发生的相关性。方法在西南医院通过B超检查诊断的300例NAFLD患者作为病例,按照年龄、性别、居住地等信息配比选择相应的健康对象300例作为对照,设计半定量食物频数调查表和24h回顾法表进行了膳食调查,分析NAFLD的膳食危险因素。结果NAFLD病例组摄入牛肉、猪肉、粮谷类、烹调用油的数量显著高于对照组(P<0.01),NAFLD病例组摄入的总能量、蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),病例组的脂肪供能比和动物来源的脂肪数量均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论总能量、总脂肪、动物来源的脂肪摄入量过多是NAFLD的膳食危险因素。To study the correlation between diet nutrition and the occurrence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NFLD). Methods 300 cases with NAFLD confirmed by ultrasound diagnosis and 300 healthy control were enrolled in the study with the information ratio of age, sex and residential location; Semi quantitative food frequency method and 24-hour review method were ap- plied in diet investigation and in the analysis of diet risk factors of NAFLD. Results The intake of beef, pork, cereals and cooking oil of the patients with NAFLD was much more than that of controls (P〈0.01) as well as the total energy, protein, fat and carbohydrate (P〈 0.01); the contribute rate of fat and the fat source from animal in patients with NAFLD were higher and bigger than those of controls (P〈 0.01). Conclusions Over-intakes of total energy, fat and the fat source from animal are the diet risk factors of NAFLD.
