摘　　要：以职教师资实训课程教学管理及考核为切入点,分析了职教师资实训课程教学面临的问题;从现代企业项目化运作的角度,介绍了关键业绩指标(KPI)体系方法的基本内涵;从实训课程通用性的方面,说明了KPI在实训课程中的设计运用方法。Vocational education teacher training teaching management and assessment as a starting point, the problems faced by the vocational teacher training courses teaching were analyzed; the operational point of view of the modern enterprise project was described, the basic meaning of key performance indicators （KPI） system was introduced;from the general aspects of the training course,the KPI in training courses in design methods was explained.
