加快发展继续教育,呼唤终身学习“学分银行”制度的尽快建立

摘　　要：继续教育是我国教育体系的薄弱环节。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》把加快发展继续教育,搭建终身学习"立交桥"列为重要任务。而在其他国家和地区推行的学分银行制度的功能和特点符合这一任务要求。结合我国实际,自学考试制度在学分银行构建中有强劲优势,可能发挥枢纽作用。当前在我国建设学分银行制度,应重点解决好两个问题,分三步走,同时需要创造有利环境和保障条件。Continuing education is the weak link in our education system. To accelerate the development of continuing education and to build the overpass of life-long learning is an important task of the National Long-term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020).And the functions and features of the Credit Bank System which is implemented in other countries and regions meet the requirements. According to Chinese actual situation, self-taught higher education examination system has strong advantages in building the Credit Bank System, and might play a pivotal role. Currently we should solve two questions and take three steps, and need to create security conditions.
