摘  要:针对矿用自卸车常用的断开式转向机构,介绍了一种可兼顾重车和轻车两种工况的多参数优化设计方法,并利用该方法设计了某矿用自卸车的转向机构。通过虚拟样机对设计结果进行验证,结果表明该转向机构可同时满足重车和轻车两种工况的使用要求,并在一定程度上提高了车辆的操纵稳定性。经试验验证,该设计方法具有较好的可行性及实用性。The paper took the divided steering body of the mining dump truck as study object, and introduced a new multi-parameter optimization design: method which took both loaded and empty working condition into account. It also designed the steering body of a certain mining dump truck by using the method. Through verification of the design by virtual prototype, the steering body proved that it satisfied requirements of both loaded and empty working condition and improved the handling stability of vehicles as well. The test showed that the design method had good feasibility and practicality.
