摘　　要：采用问卷、访谈等调查方法,了解鄂西北农村幼儿园教师队伍状况。结果显示,鄂西北农村幼儿教师存在职称、学历、年龄结构不合理;专业教师数量少,教师超负荷工作;待遇不好,流动性大;专业化水平低,等。结合农村幼儿园实际提出相应的对策与建议。Based on the method of questionnaire and interview, the author made an investigation on the rural kin- dergarten teachers in Northwest Hubei, The findings showed that there were problems such as it was unreasonable in professional tide, educational background and age; the professional teachers were scare and they were overloa- ded working; they were low in pay and unstable; their specialization level were low. Finally, the author put for- ward some strategies and suggestion combined with actual situation of rural kindergarten.
