摘　　要：英语教师是英语教学的主导,英语教学的成功离不开英语教师教学素质的提高。随着英语教学改革的不断深入,提高和发展英语教师的素质问题日益受到人们的广泛关注。本文针对英语教师的相关素质问题进行探讨,并提出个人的观点。English teachers play the leading role in English teaching, and the success of English language teaching is inseparable from improving the quality of English teachers. With the deepening of the reform of English teach- ing, improvement and development of English teachers and quality problems have become an increasingly widespread concern. This article explored the related Endish Qualities, and out forward some oersonal views.
