摘  要:学分制背景下,本科生导师制作为我国高校在教学模式改革中的舶来品,在实施中存在受传统教学模式之路径依赖,师生均未进入角色,导师与辅导员分工不明、交流不畅,相应配套制度不健全等不足。参酌域外高校的成熟经验,本科生导师制应当从导师选任标准、导师组创建、紧凑型师生关系构建、管理机制等方面予以完善。In the context of credit system ,undergraduate tutorial system, as an exotic thing in the reform of teaching mode in Chinese universities, has the following shortcomings. It is limited by the traditional teaching mode in practice. Both teachers and students don' t play their roles as expected. The supervisor and the tutor don' t have a good communication and the division of their duties is not clear, and the supporting system for the tutorial system is not perfect enough. Referring to mature practice of overseas colleges and universities, the author suggests that the tutorial system should be perfected from the aspects of tutor election standards, estabhshment of tutor group, a close teacher- student relationship, and management mechanism, etc.
