“国培计划”有效课程开发所存在的问题及对策

摘　　要："国培计划"实施三年来,取得了很好的成效,但在课程开发上存在着课程目标宽泛、针对性不强、结构不合理、忽视学员自身资源等问题,必须采取"以生为本"的课程开发,科学合理地设置课程,充分挖掘和利用学员自身的课程资源等方法提高"国培计划"有效课程质量。Guopei Plan has been carried out for three years and achieved good results but some problems appeared such as the goal of the curriculum is too general and its structure is improper and it neglects the student＇s own resources and so on. Therefore, it will greatly improve the quality of Guopei Plan to develop student-based curriculum, set up curriculum scientifically and properly, fully dig out and utilize the student＇s own resources.
