摘　　要：通过对统一后的微积分中值定理的讨论,得到了微分中值定理和积分中值定理"中间点"渐进性的统一表述,并对已有结果进行了推广.By discussing the unification mean value theorem for calculus, the asymptotic property of ＂mid point＂ for the mean value theorem for differential and the mean value theorem for definite integral is uni fled, and some conclusions are generalized.
