摘　　要：上海市率先进行的住院医师规范化培训，有利于培养各级临床医学人才及促进卫生事业的可持续发展。参加培训的住院医师具有来源广泛、层次不齐、双向选择、流动性强的特点，针对这些特点，如何提高培训效果是需要解决的关键问题。本文结合培训基地的情况，介绍了利用多种培训方法提高呼吸专科住院医师规范化培训效果的实践与思考。The reform of standardized training for resident physicians in Shanghai will help to train personnel at all levels of clinical medicine and promote the sustainable development of health. The residents participated in training have characteristics of wide range of sources, uneven, bilateral choice, and strong liquidity. The key need to be resolved is how to improve the effect of training. According to the situation of training base, this paper describes how to use a variety of training methods to improve the effects of training in respiratory specialist.
