摘　　要：采用随机分层取样的方法,选取300名高职在校生进行了问卷调查。对学生操作能力、人际沟通与团队合作能力、自我提高与工作反思能力、问题解决能力以及环境适应能力等方面的现状作了分析。采用SPSS13.0统计软件对问卷数据进行整理和分析。Using the stratified random sampling method, the author selects 300 students to do the questionnaire survey in higher vocational colleges. The thesis analyzes the students＇ current situation of operating ability, interpersonal communication and teamwork ability, self improvement and work-reflection ability, ability to solve problem and ability to adapt to the environment, etc. The author collects and analyzes the questionnaire data by SPSS 13.0 statistical software.
