摘 要:标准化是在一定的范围内获得最佳秩序,对实际的或潜在的问题制定共同的和重复使用的规则的活动。引入标准化教学模式能及时应对国家高等教育普及化所带来的招生数量增多、教师队伍年轻化等问题,对迅速提高青年教师教学水平、保证人才培养质量起到了切实有效的作用,对学校、教师和学生来说是一举多得的做法,值得推广。Standardization is in a certain range of best order, and establishes common and repeated use of the activities of the rules for the actual or potential problem. Introducing standardized teaching mode can timely reply many problems, such as increased number of university students and younger teachers, which are brought by national higher education popularity, the standardized teaching mode can also rapidly improve young teachers' teaching ability and ensures the quality of talents cultivation. In higher schools, this mode makes teachers and students fully staffed, and is worth being popularized.
