摘　　要：临床实践是教学查房的重要内涵,在教学查房中,需要"教学"与"查房"紧密结合,突出诊疗实战性;重视临场发挥,善于培养学生解决临床实际问题的能力;教学中重点突出,针对具体病例深入分析,避免空泛讲课;查房形式多样化,教学意识常态化,以突出临床实践为核心,实现从理论知识到临床综合能力转化的临床教学目标。Clinical practice is one of the most important connotations of teaching ward round. Clinical education and ward round should be closely combined. Practicality of diagnosis and treatment should be mostly emphasized. It＇ s necessary to pay more attention to the students＇ ability of scene exertion and train their ability of solving practical problems in teaching ward rounds. Deep analysis of a real case should be ad- vocated, while vague and general discussion should be avoided. the diversified patterns and responsible leachers with constant teaching consciousness is very helpful to teaching ward round. To get the clinical teaching goal, the tranfformation from medical theory to comprehensive clinical ability, highlighting the clinical practice should be a key point of teaching ward round.
