摘　　要：鲜博士保鲜剂是以1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)为主要成分的乙烯作用抑制剂,是一种安全、高效、使用方便的新型果蔬保鲜剂。本文阐述了影响鲜博士保鲜剂应用效果的主要因素,详细介绍了其在不同品种的苹果和梨果实采后贮藏保鲜中的应用技术与使用方法,为在实际生产中的应用提供参考依据。Fresh doctor preservative is an inhibitor of ethylene, whose main component is 1-Methylcyclopropene, and it is a safe, efficient, convenient late-model preservative for fruits and vegetables. Influence factors of application effect of fresh doctor preservative was introduced, and application and usage of fresh doctor preservative on postharvest storage of different variety apple and pear fruits were elaborated, which provided reference basis for the application of practical production.
