摘　　要：通过本文主要谈义务教育师范生教学技能的要求、高师院校教学技能机制状况和现在我校形成的教学技能机制情况,结合课程改革探索我校教学技能机制以及今后我校教学技能机制的做法、设想及存在的问题。The paper mainly discusses the requirements of the teaching skills for normal education students, the teaching skills mechanism situation in national normal universities and the mechanism situation in YNU. It probes into the teaching skills mechanism of YNU as well as the measurements, the planning and existing problems in the teaching skills mechanism of YNU, in hope to lay a solid foundation for improving the comprehensive quality and creativity of normal education students.
