摘　　要：高校学术职业的自主性是由其内在的逻辑所规定的,但是每一个社会组织都需要其成员对其社会体系和体制的忠诚,实现社会组织的特定功能与目标,因此,社会控制不可避免。高校学术职业的社会控制本质上是对高深知识弥漫性权力的控制,是对知识传授、创新创造、应用过程的内容、方式的控制。政府、市场、学校、学科和学生是社会控制的五个主要力量,而制度与文化控制是高校学术职业社会控制的主要表达形式。高校学术职业的自主性与社会控制要以学术的自由发展为基础。The autonomy of academic profession of colleges and universities in China is regulated by its inner logic.However,each social organization needs the loyalty of its members to the social system,so as to realize the special function and goal.For this reason,the social control is inevitable.The essence of social control to the academic profession of colleges and universities in China is the control to the diffuse power of profound knowledge,namely,the control to the importance of knowledge,the innovation and creation,the content and methods of implication process.Government,market,colleges and universities,disciplines as well as students are the major five powers of social control.Systematic and cultural controls are the main ways of expression of social control to the academic profession of colleges and universities in China.In general,the autonomy and social control on academic profession of colleges and universities in China shall be based on the free development of academic activities.
