摘　　要：本文讨论眼角膜真空冷冻干燥设备的结构特点、设计计算和冻干箱的温度分布。可用于各种离体生物组织的冻干实验研究。In this paper, designing calculation and structure properties of the vacuum freeze drying equipment on corneal and temperature distribution in freeze drying box were discussed. It can be used for the experiment and research of freeze drying of the various biotissue in vitro.
