高职院校辅导员队伍建设中的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：辅导员队伍建设是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要组成部分,辅导员队伍建设也直接关系到人才培养目标的实现和高职学生的成长和成才。自2005年以来,各高职院校都十分重视辅导员队伍建设,各校辅导员队伍都得到了加强,辅导员队伍的素质得到了提高,但是,由于当前高职学生的素质参差不齐,社会不良风气不断侵扰校园,辅导员队伍整体素质还不能适应学校发展的需要。因此我们必须研究辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题和探索加强辅导员队伍建设的对策。instructors,important part of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,directly serve the talent cultivation objective and the success of vocational colleges.Since 2005,the construction of instructors and counselors in vocational colleges has been strengthened,their quality has been improved.However,uneven quality of the students in higher vocational colleges and social malpractices influence students.This paper provides countermeasures to strengthen construction and development of instructor team.
